Admin fees
Permitted fees to tenants:
We do not take a fee for referencing and credit checking.
If you are successful in securing a property through us you will have to pay a deposit equal to a maximum of five weeks rent. This is to be paid on signing the rental agreements. You will forfeit this deposit if you then pull out of the agreement, after contracts have been signed but before you have moved into the property.
You will then pay your first monthly rental payment up front, prior to moving in.
Change of tenant fee: If, during the course of your tenancy, you wish to make an amendment to the tenancy agreement (add or remove a person) we will charge £150.00 + VAT (£180.00)
Lost key fee: If the locks need changing during your tenancy because you have lost the keys, tenants are required to source their own replacement and provide the office with a spare key. The cost of this will vary depending on the type of lock, number of keys and who you use to do the replacement.
Contractor fees: If you call our contractor out of office hours for an issue that is not an emergency and is something your landlord would have been able to attend to, if notified, then we reserve the right to pass on the contractor fees (including call out) on to you.
